The King of the Willowburg kingdom is dying. The prince, Leaf, is set to succeed the king when he passes away, but he struggles with interacting with people and is socially awkward. If Leaf hadn't taken the throne the instant the king passed away, the kingdom will fall without a king. The herbalist, June, who is the same age as the prince, was given the assignment to get along with him, assist him in overcoming his disorders, and eventually aid him ascend to the throne.
