A few years ago, my mom kicked cancer in the ass through a whole change of her health and fitness lifestyle. I am extremely grateful that she is now cancer free. Now whenever I jab a punch bag or hold a plank, I remember it ain't always about dat hot bod, and remember my mom's journey.
