The once powerful kingdom of Terrogga has been annihilated to ruins by a mysterious force. Leaving the seven seas vulnerable to invaders and ancient monsters who wreck havoc on all merfolk. Rio a stray young merman who is betrayed by his nomadic pod is taken in by a secretive sea hermit that seeks to regain his lost magical powers.
