A suddenly rich trash diver has problems; not only are the local criminals and the police on her soles because she stole a sunken treasure, the treasure has a mind of it's own and decides to make her it's vessel. The bureau of magical beings doesn't like the entity that is now a part of her and dispatches one of it's "experts" to bring her in or sink her to the bottom of the ocean should she refuse. But Hope is having none of it...
