When "The City" is faced with several new villains appearing and old ones breaking out of The City's very reliable prison, the citizens of The City call on a Hero. Emerging from the shadows, The Twig and his sidekick Burger Belly take action to fight against these criminals. They are not the Heroes The City wants, but they are the Heroes The City has, and that is rather good, I think.
