The Government has made it so you have to be licensed in order to use said powers but our protagonists, Neptune, Akane, and Simon have decided they're too cool for the rules. Recently some new villains have come to Seattle and our heroes are trying their hardest to stop them, maintain their school lives, and not get caught by the government. What could possibly go wrong?
