Is that even a thing that guys who monitor radars say? Is there even a person in the Air Force who monitors a radar with a general waiting for him to announce something interesting? Most likely not, but what would I know? Perhaps in a world with flying pieces of bread, such a radar operator would be needed, and would use words like 'bogie.'
