A hostile earth oppresses it's children, using them as guinea pigs to create a stronger, more ideal human race. When "Swimmer," and ex experiment escapes from his cruel adult oppressors, he bands together with an elite team of children that have been burned by the people they are meant to rely on. A dark and gruesome look into the life of a boy who knows the world would be a better place in the hands of the children.
