In a world similar to ours, two powers control everything: the government that makes the laws and enforces them, and Syndicate. Syndicate is an organization of every criminal known to man, operating in groups and treating crimes as "MISSIONS". One group in particular, Clepto, is led by Kleo as he uses his supercomputer of a brain to orchestrate missions to his liking, entertaining himself as he attempts to make his group known worldwide!
