The country of Meteora required an army to defend themselves against the war they are losing. The country decide to run a mandate and gather children from their cities to create future soldiers before the war was ultimately loss. After a certain peace treaty that lasted 5 years ,the country continue this program which brings Kieta, test subject NO.17, who wants to fully remember his childhood.
