Overcast skies, dark clouds, brisk air. Milo's town seems to know nothing else. Even his school appears rainy, the students' umbrellas and boots wetting the floors. Everyone seems to arrive soaked aside from one, who doesn't look like they need an umbrella at all, and Milo is determined to understand why.
