Many years in the future, humans have genetically modified (some willingly, some not) into animal hybrids, into physically/mentally enhanced beings, war machines, and a variety of other things that someone thought would benefit the population (or line their pocket). Predictably, the following era was one of war and confusion. Throw dragons into the mix and we get more apathy and the body count is exponential ... yet from the rubble arises something even more confusing-- THIS STORY.
