Andrew, aka The Anarchic Assassin, and his allies plan on defeating the greedy and tyrannical Captain Adler from plotting to destroy mankind. In order for Andrew and his allies to save mankind from Captain Adler, they all must stop his own powerful unit called “The Authority”, a massive threat to mankind, causing chaos and destruction for no good reason.
