Everyone has their own problems, whether they're good or bad. The city isn't corrupted, rather their seems to be a number of corrupted people across the world. Hunting them down is no easy task since everyone seems like a bystander. However, looks can be deceiving and in this city... No. In this world, trust no one. Not unless you want to get killed or if you trust them and know them well. But this isn't about doing stuff for justice or order or none of that nonsense. It's about surviving.
