A young teenager named Ira Fey has been the superhero Cataract for years. She moves back to her home town of Ferrous Hill after years of traveling. When she returns, she finds that something from her past has finally come back. But, there is one thing she doesn't know... who sent it. Ira must assemble a team to fight off this threat to save her world.
