Rudy Caverly was a powerful magical archivist, but four months ago he was involved in a tragedy at an archive that shook the magical community. He ran away and now spends his days fishing in the rural and non magical town of Glenwood. Will he get to live the rest of his days in peace and quiet as his alias "Steve", or will he be pulled back into the chaos of the magical world he is from?
