The Atrocious System In 1968, Dr. S designed a system that helps minors who have done bad things, give them a chance to change themselves to be good again, instead of going to juvenile. However, in 1988, an accident occurred that caused the government to shut down the system, in fear that it will happen again. 20 years later, the coding was discovered and so the atrocious system was revived.
