Tom Frisk has always lived two lives. One as a Theatre Director and another as the notorious Criminal, The Bishop. He’s managed to live peacefully for 15 years in a world breaking with new ‘super villains’ everyday. Until a criminal control law is passed. Slowly Tom's lives begin to mix together, will Tom be able to find the cause or will the past come back to destroy everything he's created.
