One day a bomb hits earth. Some people survive, some don't. The ones who did, got powers. Rin and his sibling Tanka set out on a mission to find the bomber and stop them. Although the bomber hired people to stop anyone from getting in their way. But Rin falls in love with one of these people (Max). Rin has to make a tough decision, stop the bomber, or be with Max. Who is the bomber?
