The story is about two brothers who were raised separately, one by his alcoholic father and the other by his loving mother. They both want to keep the world safe from criminals and evil villains, but their thoughts on handling these situations differ. One of the brothers believes killing people who have done wrong or who have committed crimes solves the problems at hand, while the other brother tries to stop him from committing these atrocities and ends on a cliffhanger.
