The year is 1997 , The Mayor of New Chicago issued a new law called "The Butterfly Act", a new way to get rid of the street crime infested in every corner. But in reality it made New Chicago into a war zone...But for one lucky man a mysterious butterfly leads him into the real purpose of life & helps usher a change to the city.
