It is said that unhappy citizens will always revolt. The leader of Solum Island was corrupted by power. The citizens rose up but were shot down in a failed revolution. It's illegal to speak of how it was before he came to power. The few who remember, founded The Warehouse. An organization dedicated to infiltrating the government, and slowly taking it down from the inside. 40 years later, two boys from this organization are tired of waiting for freedom and decide to speed things up.
