One day, a 17-year-old girl Maya bumps into the brooding and obnoxious Tara on her way home. They encounter a malicious demon and Tara’s sight starts to slowly open as she discovers the world beyond, of spirits and magic. A small desire to help her friends and family escalates into something much more extensive and dangerous than she could have ever imagined.
