In 2009, Genpachi Matsumoto, who defeated the U.S. army, began to rule Japan from the shadows, but now Genpachi is tired of everything and complains to his servant, Gilbert, who reminds Genpachi of his promotion. Gilbert suggests a martial arts tournament, in which Genpachi will participate. With a smile, Genpachi opens the Lion's Gate tournament, ordering the 16 strongest fighters in the world to receive business cards.
