Orphans Cyrus and Eli set off on an adventure to retrieve dragon tears, the only cure for Eli’s terminal heart condition. However, after years of conflict with the humans, the dragons are distrustful of all mortals. It’ll take a miracle for them to cry over the plight of two worthless boys. But Cyrus won’t be so easily deterred when his best friend’s life hangs in the balance. Will his persistence be enough to save Eli, or has his optimism blinded him from accepting the inevitable?
