The Elliott Adventures Become a Patron  Elliott is a taxi driver in downtown New York City with his pet scooby, who befriends Bristol born and full-time drunk Joe who takes a ride in Elliott's taxi one day. Turns out Joe is on the run from a Drug lord who demands Joe pay him back for smoking all his weed. This all takes place as a boy named Matt is shaking salt into his burger and chips in Plymouth.
