Four kai users from various backgrounds come together to form an unlikely alliance. Seiko has a mild and optimistic demeaner, which is laughable considering his harsh upbringing. Bats and Su may be twins but possess opposing personalities. Aria is observant and kind; she wants to keep the peace much like Seiko. Being amateurs with no knowledge on what their kai abilities mean, they are sent to perfect their skills at Justice Academy. They must learn and adjust to protect the balance of the world
