Lillian has moved to a new city, New Bolt, which is well known for its least amount of murder and crime rates through out the country. What others didn't know was that, all these people of New Bolt were all pulled into a whirlpool which had made them allergic to negativity, be it words, or pictures, and verily actions like crime too.
