The ghost writer Famous mangaka Kageyama Shin finds a mysterious fountain pen that first appears in his dreams—then in his real life. When he begins writing with it, the horrors he creates start becoming reality. As strange entities begin appearing around him, Shin realizes the pen may be more than a tool for storytelling. Trapped between fiction and reality, he must uncover the truth behind the cursed pen before his own creations become his end.
