Cliff is a guitarist trying to live a reasonably quiet life. Unfortunately, he shares his world with Hooks — a weasel of questionable credentials who explains history, philosophy, and modern life through weed-colored glasses despite being wildly unqualified. Together they attempt to make sense of the world, usually failing in highly confident ways.
