On the 50th anniversary of the first global Ascension something goes horribly wrong leaving the A.T.L.a-s -- Earth's man made Atmospheric Web --compromised. 3 groups of struggle to piece together the event and find a real solution. As the net declines the human race is forced in to competition with off world-ers and robots for diminishing resources.
