The Lunar Project was meant to create a being who could handle the weight of the Estraian Council's sin, someone who could kill, contain order, and strike fear in the Kings and Queens of the Crescent Empire, someone who lacked a soul, a conscience. The project was a success, the result of such an experiment? A soulless girl whose eye's held galaxies and could kill in cold blood. Can they contain her when someone gives her what she needs? Or will the one meant to contain order strike a rebellion?
