Things have been going downhill for Eeli since Zuri died. She's hoping that a new school and a new city will help her get things back on track - at least that's what Zuri's ghost keeps saying. At the very least learning to deal with the stronger spirits of the city will improve her standings with other psychics. After a chance encounter, Eeli has to work with the sceptical investigator James and fellow psychic Micah to unravel the dangerous conspiracy lurking in the city's underbelly...
