An unknown calamity has struck: the climate on the continent started deteriorating rapidly, and animals that used to be commonplace are turning into monsters. With each passing day, the land keeps getting colder as the sun hasn't been seen in the sky for 16 years. All because of the odd mist fettering the earth.
