In a world of underwater fluffy dragons called droogles, a not-so-special droogle named Buoy notices that the amount of “special” drooglets hatching has stopped completely. What caused this change in drooglets? Can it be fixed? Can Buoy get to the bottom of this mystery? Only the mangrove at the surface will answer these questions.
