The small harbor town of Kettle Cliff is best known for two things: the tiny bakery on Main Street that a Duke stopped at once, and the fact that it has the highest number of mermaid rehabilitation centers on this side of the equator. In this small town there lives a Doctor by the name of Dr. Montague and her two apprentices, Sylvia and Callum.
