On the planet Hecate "The Narrator" follows 4 characters as they try to one-up each other in deciding the future of a corrupted solar system. Silva tries to write everyone's destiny's for them, including the doomed fate she has decided for Earth. SCNCA, charmed by Silva, spies on an ally he thinks is a traitor. Nissa, between starting her own secret society and recruiting someone from the moon of Earth, is hell-bent on stopping Silva. Meanwhile Emilia assembles the team she hopes can stop Silva.
