Having never felt like the main character in her own story, Jane devoted her life to observing from afar. It seemed to suit her as a girl who was so unremarkable. However, a kind-hearted protagonist sweeps her from the sidelines, teaching Jane just how important she is (to him and) to the story that is her life.
