The president, a transgender man named Ross, is not a very great ruler. He starts as much war as possible and as everyone is clueless a young deer girl named Moss, and a pig person named Wilber knows how much terror this man has made across the land, and plan to stop him from killing anymore. The way the presidential system works is that in the town of horns, the one with the largest horns is the president until someone has larger or they die, the other towns have similar rules.
