Bullied, institutionalized, and deprived of a moral compass, a young man with a mental illness transforms from victim into the most wanted by the law. Fueled by anger and vengeance he hunts his victims with impunity. No one knows where he is, no one knows how to stop him, all they know is if they don't find him soon and stop him - the body count will continue to rise.
