An elderly alchemist creates a magic peephole capable of seeing ghostly energies from the quantum world. After his death, the object, through ignorance, ends up as a paperweight in the possession of a psychiatric hospital director, until a young journalist discovers it and is horrified to witness the demons tormenting the patients.
