The acronym "MLM" is used as a shorthand in LGBT+ spaces for "men-loving men" to refer to men who engage in romantic relationships with other men, exclusively or otherwise. Unfortunately this acronym is much more popularly used to refer to "multi-level marketing" schemes which are significantly less wholesome (and usually significantly less gay).
