A group of 4 teens who live in a city that had a a radiation leak around 4 years before they were born. The city has recovered but all of there parents all worked at the power plant when the leak happen so they the parents were affected by the radiation, which caused there kids to be born with special abilities. This story is about a group of teens learning there abilities while still learning the world around them.
