In a dark city infested by heinous crimes, a young man by the name of Josiah faces his demons in a every day mental battle while having to survive in his environment. One day he noticed a woman getting mugged and was instantly filled with superhuman strength and rage then leaped into action. After saving the woman's life he realized that his city needed a guardian to protect it while overseeing through the shadows. Then the Shadow Phantom was born and now he faces his greatest threat yet.
