Thousands of years ago the goddess of the sun descended upon earth.... When Kit woke up in this city, he didn't remember anything. Not how he got here or where he even was. Just his name and the fact that he doesn’t look human. And that he was under the earth, without any sunlight or way out! Now, months later, he wanders through the city, wanting to find out the truth and find some peace outside of the stuffy underground. But why do the people of the surface search for him? Why do they know him?
