To many criminal, the stories of the spy who vandalizes his opponents and leaves carnage in his wake is but nigh legend. But to outlaws who've managed to scrape away from an encounter with him, "The Vandal" is a terrifying reality. Vincent Encoriora, AKA Agent Delta" is a bit of an oddball compared to his MI5 colleagues. Aviators, a leather jacket, jeans, and a motorcycle are hardly the components of a discrete spy under her majesty's service.
