The Vigil was once considered the greatest superhero team the world had ever known. Though once the Golden Era of the Vigil hung up their capes, a new generation would take up the responsibility. That was nearly 20 years ago, and those heroes now find themselves with a... unique responsibility, stewarding VERIDIAN, a city exclusively protected by heroes. Six years into Veridian's lifespan, and it seems the old guard are ready to hang up their capes and let new heroes redefine the word HERO!
