2058, Chicago. Michaela Forster, detective at the Chicago Police Department, lives in a world in which people have been genetically modified in order to be stronger and healthier. Detective Forster has to solve several crimes which are always linked to the same woman: a skilled hypnotist called "The Whisperer". With her partner, Detective Connor Braga, Michaela will chase the evanescent hypnotist, trailing her all over town and into the subconscious of the victims.
