Rocco has done the unthinkable: damage public (and private) property with a spray can. It feels so freeing, so creative, so... wait, Someone just sprayed all over her vandalism! She must find and stop them at all costs or befriend them and find that perhaps there is more to tagging up the streets than meets the eye.
