Neutrand is a con man with not a lot of dignity left, which he loses after a world hopping entity, Lucid, threatens him into making a deal with her to help in some kind of very suspicious plan. Neutrand will be dragged through dimensions in search for whatever it is that this creature needs and try to make some money on the way, of course.
